Advantage Card Program: 15% Off Posted Rates

Convenience and savings even if you drive occasionally. Only $17 for up to 12 hours. This program allows unlimited in-and-out privileges within the same day and offers easy access with a proximity-card. You can link a credit card to your pass that will automatically be charged each day you park, or just pay each time at exit. Monthly activity statements available upon request.

Parking Vouchers

These are great if you have clients or visitors and would like to prepay their parking. Daily Vouchers are $17 each when you purchase 10 or more. Please contact us if you are interested in shorter term or large quantity rates.

Overnight Monthly Pass: $110

Unlimited access Monday through Friday after 4:00 p.m. until 9:30 a.m. the following day and free access on the weekends and holidays (plus 2 free sick days when you don’t want to move your car!)

This agreement is a personal license to the holder of a key card enabling you to park your vehicle at this facility at your own risk. Only a license is granted hereby. No bailment is created with respect to any vehicle, including its contents, on the premises of the pay parking facilities at this location. The company and its operators and employees are not responsible for any loss or damage by fire, theft, collision or any other cause to any vehicle or part thereof. Additionally, the company is not responsible for any item or contents left inside the vehicle. Parking Management encourages removing items of value from the vehicle. If discontinuing use of the key card please call and turn key card into the garage manager. If you wish to cancel your monthly parking pass, please submit the Information Change Form or contact the Garage Office directly. I have read and fully understand all conditions set forth above
